I’m Paula Cleary, your guide, support, and well-being advocate.
As a woman over 40, you have come here to feel empowered and inspired to rediscover your inner strength, find balance, and lead a life aligned with your true essence. With a rich background as a yoga and meditation teacher, and experience as a health & life coach, I've had the privilege of accompanying countless women on transformative journeys of self-discovery.
My own journey has been marked by a deep passion for holistic well-being. Over the years, I've woven together the wisdom of yoga, the tranquility of meditation, and the practical tools of coaching to create a holistic approach to personal growth. I believe that every woman, especially those in the vibrant stage of life over 40, possesses a wellspring of untapped potential and a profound capacity for self-connection.
I am a Registered Yoga teacher, Certified Mediation Teacher and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Program where I was taught by world renowned leaders such as Deepak Chopra, Gabby Bernstein, Christine Hassler and many others in the art of coaching and living in harmony with one’s truest self. I am a Certified HeartMath Mentor through the Heart Math Institute in CA. I have studied positive neuroplasticity with Dr. Rick Hanson, and the Art of Happiness lead by Arthur Brooks. I have learned to guide women with movement, mindfulness, and inner work to find a greater sense of alignment and renewed spirit.
As your guide, my mission is to help you unveil your inner foundation. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-awareness, self-connection and self-love. Whether you're seeking to navigate life transitions, nurture your well-being, or simply reconnect with your authentic self, I'm here to provide you with the support, wisdom, and tools you need to thrive.

Fun Facts About me:
I love to spend time with my daughter and son, my husband, step-sons, and our adorable Westies, Reilly & Murphy.
Yoga, Peloton and strength training are my “go-to’s” for fitness. I want to be strong and healthy to live with more ease.
I love homemade chocolate chip cookies.
I do truly enjoy great nutritious food and I’m willing to give almost anything a try.
My favorite place to recharge is by the ocean, mostly on Cape Cod but any ocean works for me!
AND I love helping women see themselves as beautiful and worthy of real self-love.
