Hello and welcome!
I’m Paula Cleary, and I believe healing is about reconnecting with what makes you feel whole, vibrant, and at ease in your body and mind. It’s about taking charge of your healing path. My journey into yoga therapy began with this very idea.
I started as a health coach, guiding people to shift their perspectives on nutrition and well-being. But what I quickly discovered was that most women weren’t just struggling with their physical health—they were carrying emotional weight and daily stress that no diet or exercise plan could fix. I wanted to help my clients find more than just physical health; I wanted them to experience the ease of movement in their bodies, a sense of contentment throughout their day, and the knowledge that they can rise to any challenge.
Through my experience as a yoga teacher, I saw how a group class was helping people find more ease in their bodies and calm in their minds, and I knew I wanted to take this work even deeper. I wanted to work individually with people navigating chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and long-term health challenges, offering them tools to heal in a personal and effective way.
That’s where yoga therapy comes in.
Yoga therapy is about applying targeted techniques like breathwork, meditation, and movement that are specifically matched to your needs and condition. Together, we’ll design a plan that you can integrate into your daily life, empowering you to take an active role in your healing. Whether working alongside Western medicine or looking for a holistic approach, yoga therapy offers practical, sustainable ways to help you feel better.
This journey isn’t about finding a quick fix—it’s about emerging into a new way of living where you feel more at home in your body and more in control of your well-being. I'd love to walk alongside you if you’re ready to take that step.
“Talking to you was like flipping a switch. I am looking at things from a new perspective and asking for what I need. I needed this, and you knew that. Thank you!”
