Let’s Begin to Unveil Your Foundation
As a mid-life woman, incorporating practices such as meditation, yoga, and life coaching into your routine can bring immeasurable benefits for your overall well-being. Meditation provides a powerful tool to cultivate inner peace, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. In the midst of life's many demands and transitions, it provides a sacred space to connect with your true self, fostering self-acceptance and self-awareness. Yoga not only nurtures physical strength and flexibility, but also nurtures the mind-body connection. It offers a sanctuary to release tension, increase mindfulness, and foster resilience in the face of life's challenges. Add in private coaching and receive guidance and support to navigate personal growth, explore untapped potential, and set meaningful goals tailored to your unique journey. Combined, these practices empower mid-life women to embrace self-care, cultivate resilience, and embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and self-empowerment.

Yoga Classes
Stress and anxiety can quickly creep into your day unnoticed, well before you realize they have taken over. And just like that, you are drained, impatient, and emotionally reactive. And as busy women, we don’t have time for that. So what’s a girl to do?
A girl can do some yoga! Yoga is an amazing way to relax mentally and physically. You’ll gain flexibility, loosen muscle tension, and improve your mood. When you feel disconnected from yourself or your feelings, yoga can re-connect your mind, body, and spirit. I am a registered 200 hour yoga instructor on the educational and experiential path to becoming a yoga therapist. I teach mindful, slow flow yoga that infuses yoga philosophy and inspirational themes in each class.

Prepare for Surgery / Heal Faster
Psychotherapist and Harvard Divinity School graduate Peggy Huddleston developed this 5-step mind-body technique. Studied and proven to ease anxiety and reduce the need for medication post-op by 23-50%. This method is recognized in hospitals nationwide, including Brigham and Women's in Boston, MA. This program is a beautiful addition to your healing process by using relaxation, guided imagery, and healing statements shared with your surgeon and anesthesiologist. Having trained personally with Peggy, I will expertly guide you each step of the way on your path to healing.
Energy Healing
Integrated Energy Therapy was developed by Steven J.Thayer, founding director of the Center of Being, Inc., to release blocked energy patterns in the body from past experiences allowing you to move forward in the present and future with clarity, renewed energy and empowerment. This is a gentle technique that is incredibly calming and effective in stress reduction.
As an IET Advanced Therapist, I provide one hour sessions that are separate from Health Coaching or as an added element to your coaching. So much of our relationship with food is tied to our past and our emotions. IET is a wonderful way to begin your health journey as a way to release the old eating stories and clear a path for the new.
